Let’s sleep

Sleeping is as important as drinking water or eating food.

Even though everyone likes to take naps or sleep in general most people do not spend enough time sleeping.

This is a huge mistake!

If you often feel tired during the day, easily forget about things, have a hard time concentrating or even gain weight, you may be in a huge sleep debt.

What does sleep debt mean?

Sleep debt simply means you are not sleeping enough or not sleeping well enough.

Just like any other debt sleep debt can be repaid. The only way to do this is by getting enough good night’s sleep.

To achieve adequate sleep, you have to create a sleep schedule, which you can follow both during the week and on the weekends.

However, keep in mind that paying back a larger sleep depth will take more than just a few nights of satisfactory sleep.

If you find it hard to fall asleep or you often wake up at night, there are a couple of things you can try to sleep through the night.

8+1examples you can do to sleep better:

  1. establishing a sleep schedule
  2. creating a bedtime routine
  3. working out (or other forms of activity)
  4. taking fewer naps during the day
  5. get a comfy mattress and pillow
  6. try not to focus on the things causing you stress during the day
  7. do not use your electronic devices before bedtime
  8. drink caffeine-free tea (you should not consume any caffeine close to sleep)

+1. for those above the age of 18 sex can be a solution. Some people find sex to help them sleep better and fall asleep faster. However, it is not guaranteed to help, and you should always do it safely, with protection.

If you feel like you tried everything but you still have trouble sleeping well, it’s recommended to consult a medical professional, who can give you proper and personalized advice.
